I'm so proud of you...I felt a...good job, ally! I'm so proud of you...I felt a bit like this when I realized that gluten and dairy had been making me sick for 20 years. It was hard at first to kick the habit but SO fabulous weeks into it when I felt so much better and lost 11 pounds to boot! I know you can do it!<br />AND the early morning work outs are the best way to be because then you feel good all day. I go to the gym at 6am and it inspires me to stay on track as the day rolls on!!!! GOOD LUCK!
